Hello! I’m Callie, an experience innovator & strategist.

 

I am a listener with a brain constantly trying to understandfind patterns, map efficiencies and design systems.

I use my perception and empathy to help create experiences that will bring people more value and happiness.

I  help businesses understand how to use design to solution business problems and strategize for their user's future needs, while tying decisions back to business goals and providing ways to measure success.

 
 

In 2016, I transitioned from Business Development to Experience Design. Over the last 7 years, I specialized in User Research, Service Design and Experience Strategy. After spending a year teaching UX/HCD, in 2021 I began leading Innovation and Future Experiences for Best Buy.

My background in Business Development combined with my skillset of creative problem solving, forecasting needs and communication, has fueled my passion and success in Experience Innovation and Strategy. 

Today, I created and lead the Metaverse/web3 Coalition for Best Buy and drive experience innovation across our sales channels and enterprise for all our humans.
